These yellow rubber duck acrylic blanks are what I reach for when a design has to look finished. Cut in house from 1/8" (3mm), varied by part cast acrylic, masked on both sides, and packed so the corners survive the trip to you.

Sizing and care
Sizes are measured at the longest point, so a 5" blank measures that across its widest edge. Colors can shift slightly between sheet batches. Peel the masking before applying heat, and let UV DTF or vinyl sit a few hours before handling.
